We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties, with the following specific exceptions required for site functionality:

Google Ads: We have enabled features to allow Google to collect data to serve advertisements. Users can manage their privacy settings or opt out of personalized advertising via Google's My Ad Center.
Google Drive: For features requiring Google Drive connectivity, Google collects required data to enable file management and storage. This usage is governed by the Google Drive Terms of Service.

2. Server Logs & Security

Our web servers automatically log access details, including IP addresses.

Usage: We do not use these logs for specific user tracking or profiling.
Abuse Prevention: In the event we detect abuse, malicious activity, or attacks on our services, we may send IP addresses and usage information to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or relevant security entities to protect our infrastructure.

3. Client-side Data

Certain tools on this site, such as the JSME Composer, use browser storage for data backups and as an alternative to saving files (local browser storage data could be lost at any time, so it is better to save to a file). This is done entirely client-side; our servers have no knowledge of what is stored on your end. JSME Composer gives you the ability to delete this data, if you wish.

We do not use tracking cookies. Google has their own data privacy and cookie policy (see above).

Acceptable Use Policy

By using this site, you agree to use our services responsibly. You may not: * Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of our servers or networks. * Engage in any activity that constitutes a "denial of service" attack. * Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to harvest content or overload our infrastructure. * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying server configuration.
